Return Policy

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise for a refund or replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including change of your mind), you may return (within 14 days from the purchase date) the product only if it has been unused and in its original, undamaged packaging  for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on discount-sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Once we have received and inspected the return product, a refund will be arranged, but please note that postage will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return postage should be covered at your own cost.

Prior to shipment and delivery we carefully inspect your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if upon delivery you notice any damage to your purchase please notify us as soon as possible so we can organise the prompt replacement of your goods.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct  a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount. Depending on the complexity of the order a restocking fee of up to 5% of the order value may be charged. The resocking fee does not apply to any purchases of 3 items or less.
