Colours of Mexico is a Mexican - Australian owned and operated company based in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Please Contact us on 07 5473 0093  or send us an email (we reply really fast). Through us, you can enjoy same or next business day dispatch, optional fast express post, top notch customer care and easy returns (happily, this last one hardly ever happens).

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY MADE IN MEXICO?

That is correct. We have importing cool things from Mexico for over 10 years, we make sure to work directly with small artisans and buy directly from them, we constantly travel to visit them and also to research new product lines, we mostly bring all our stock via Ship in large quantities. 

I LIVE IN BRISBANE: DO YOU HAVE A SHOP OR CAN I PICK UP FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Yes! You are welcome to stop by our warehouse and pick up your items as we dont have a retail premise as such. Just please give us a call before coming on 07 5473 0093 as we are often out and about and dont really have set times here at the warehouse (even we are mostly here everyday, all day!).

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO NEW ZEALAND?

Yes! We deliver using a trackable courier service or Australia Post. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. Note that if your order is over the allowable duty-free threshold of NZ$300 in value you will attract the attention of New Zealand customs and will have to pay applicable duties and GST. 

 

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

All Australian Colours of Mexico orders are sent via trackable E-Parcel with Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway or Star Track Express.

If you have received a dispatch notification email, you can use the tracking number included in it to find out where your order currently is. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account.

If you have not received a dispatch notification within two business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help! 

On the rarest occasion, we may run out of stock of a product which may delay your order. We will do our best to make sure this does not happen, but if it does we will keep you well informed about what's going on and give you complete flexibility to change or cancel your order.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Australia Post's regular parcel delivery time frames are listed here.

Express Post deliveries can arrive as early as the next business day within metro centers.

If you have not yet received a dispatch notification, note that if an order is received by 12pm then we dispatch the same day. Otherwise, your order will be packed and shipped on the next business day.
