Returns

We aim to make returns as easy as possible. You can return merchandise for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on discount-sale items.
  • We cannot refund or replace items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear or use.

To return an item, simply indicate the reason for return and your preferred action (replacement or refund). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll arrange a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded for a change of mind, and return postage should be covered at your own cost.

We carefully inspect all orders before shipment. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please notify us immediately so we can organize a prompt replacement.If we find that a returned item is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a percentage from the refund amount. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply, depending on the order's complexity.

Modify/Cancellation of Order

To cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We cannot accept cancellations or modifications for orders that have already been shipped.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Sale Items and Gifts

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded. For gifts, we offer a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
