Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 to anywhere in Australia, and FREE on orders of $120 or more. Express Post is also available at checkout, priced by parcel weight.

Dispatch

Colours of Mexico’s warehouse is located in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days of full payment being received. If we anticipate a delay in dispatching your purchase, for whatever reason, we’ll let you know straight away.

Delivery

Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post or our nominated courier service, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received your goods within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

Local pickup

You’re welcome to collect your order from our Noosaville warehouse free of charge. Please call us on 07 5473 0093 before coming.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. For questions about international freight options, please contact us.
